Talking to Parents When You Have Concerns: Supporting Family Child Care
March 3 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
goal of teachers is to establish partnerships with parents to support the learning of their students. In the Family Home Child Care environment, this communication brings unique challenges. Building a sense of community between a child’s home and the Child Care Home requires strong communication. The ability to communicate effectively with parents must be constantly developed and expanded by the Family Home professional in these changing times. To help the Family Home Professional build the foundation for working collaboratively with their students, a variety of communication opportunities are presented in this training.
