Family partnerships in early childhood education need to be ongoing, reciprocal, respectful, and inclusive. These partnerships can support a child’s well-being and educational progress and benefits both teachers and families alike. In this training, we will discuss the importance of family partnerships and how it benefits children, families, and teachers. We will also learn how to encourage genuine partnerships and share successes and challenges to discover how to best support children and families.
