Registration is required for all 4-C trainings.

Separate registration forms are required for each person registering. Space is limited; please register early to secure your place. You will receive a follow-up confirmation email for each training event to finalize your registration.

To secure your place in a training, payment must be received prior to the training date and within 1 week of submitting your online registration form. Payments can be made in the 4-C offices or by mail (cash or checks only).

  Training fee is waived for providers caring for families in Carroll, DeKalb, Lee, McHenry, Ogle, or Whiteside counties. Reimbursement is available for providers taking CPR/First Aid outside of 4-C.
